Programs of Missoula Interfaith Collaborative

As families from Family Promise or individuals from the Housing Advocate Network “graduate” into homes of their own, each receive appropriately sized housewarming gifts of necessary supplies needed to reestablish home life.

In 2021, we delivered 13 welcome baskets
In 2022, we delivered 49 welcome baskets
In 2023, we delivered 60 welcome baskets

Who receives baskets?

Welcome Baskets are available for

Families transitioning into housing being served at the Family Housing Center (Family Promise/ YWCA)
Individuals/ Couples/ Families transitioning into housing being served by Housing Advocate Network

How to Donate

DONATIONS:

SUPPLIES -Click the SUPPLY BUTTON to download a list of items in the baskets. Items can be dropped off at the MIC office.
FINANCIAL DONATIONS & GIFT CARDS– send checks or cash, $25- $50 gas or gift cards to MIC, 2205 34th Street, Missoula, MT 59801 (note Welcome Baskets on check)
DONATE ONLINE by clicking the button DONATION button and choosing WELCOME BASKETS from the drop down
HOST A WELCOME BASKET DRIVE- if your organization would like to host a Welcome Basket drive, please contact Nancy Marks, Welcome Basket Drive Team Leader. She can help you provide all the info you need to set one up!
